Notice to Commuters:

Please report public utility vehicles (PUV) and taxi drivers who violate traffic laws, especially those who do not give correct change to passengers.

Get the plate number or taxi number, or take a picture of the PUV ID. Report these violations through the following hotlines:

Not giving the correct change is punishable under DOTR Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01:

1st offense - P5,000

2nd offense - P10,000 and impounding of unit for 30 days

3rd offense - P15,000 and cancellation of CPC where the unit is authorized.
