LRT Line 1 Extension Slashes Travel Time to 25 Minutes

The LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension currently includes five new stations, cutting travel time from Quezon City to Parañaque from 90 minutes to just 25 minutes.

This is the first of three stations in the Cavite leg, with Las Piñas, Zapote, and Niog expected to open by 2031.

Commuters may expect to use the five new stations beginning in the fourth quarter, shortly before Christmas.
