LPA detected in Mindanao
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) detected a low-pressure area (LPA) in Mindanao yesterday afternoon.
PAGASA weather specialist Veronica Torres stated that the cloud clusters being tracked east of Mindanao have formed an LPA.
